My Folder

This popular Atnio feature permits you to save up to 100 favorite website links in one single folder named, “My Folder.” You can organize your saved results alphabetically, add personal comments, assign ratings and Email selected listings to friends. Results are temporarily saved up to 30 days. If you do not log in within 30 days, your results will be purged. It is important to note that your browser should be cookie enabled in order to use this feature.

Target Content In the left column, click “Target Content” in order to display the types of websites you have searched for and saved. They will appear in the box below. In this example, searches were performed for Web, and Images Three results were saved for each category.

Search Keywords Click on “Search Keywords” to display the list of keywords you have used in your search queries. They will appear in the box below. Next to the word “List,” click either A-Z or Z-A to sort the keywords alphabetically.

Note: If the total number of listings exceeds the limit, older entries will be purged.

Sort By On the results side of the “My Folder” page you can also organize your results by date. Select “New First” or “Old First.”

Personal Ranking To rate a website link that you have saved, click the green check mark under that listing. It will bring you to the Rank Page. Next to “Rating,” click the small arrow for the drop down menu to select a number that rates the website link according to your taste.

Under “Personal Comment,” type in a reminder about this website or any remarks you may have. Then click the “Save My Rating” button to return to the main page. Note that a star rating appears under the website you have just ranked, along with your personal comment.

To delete a result that you do not want anymore, click the red under the website link. A dialog box will ask if you want to delete the listing permanently. Click O.K. to delete it.

To Email a website link to a friend, click the envelope icon and enter the required details on the form.

To rate and comment several website links at once. click the small gray icon in front of each item that you wish to select in the list. There will be a check mark in each square. Then at the bottom of the page select “Assign My Personal Rating” and click the “Proceed” button to the far right. Fill in the details for each web link as required. Follow the same procedure to delete several links at once, or to email multiple website links.
