Advanced Search

Atnio’s “Advanced Search” feature offers numerous options for more specific or highly targeted results. If you are searching for something rare or would like to read about a topic within a very narrow subject, the “Advanced Search” option will let you form a complex query with easy-to follow input fields.

For example, under Find Results you can search only for pages:
that contain ALL the search terms you type in
that contain the EXACT PHRASE you type in
that contain at least ONE of the words you type in
that DO NOT contain any of the words you type in

Under Content you can select Web and search: websites from certain countries results within a certain domain or website conduct a deeper search

Under Content you can select Images: Click the arrow next to “Web” to get a drop down menu and select “Images.” Under “Image Size” choose all images, small, medium or large.

Note: If you click the drop down menu next to “Content” you can search other topics, such as News, Video Clip/Live Media, and Blogs.

Content Filter
Atnio’s “Content Filter” is best known as the “Family Filter.” When this option is set to the “On” position, Atnio will try to make certain that the search results DO NOT contain any adult content. If the ‘Family Filter” is set to “Off,” there will be no content filtering and adult content may be present.
Keyword Highlight
Turning this option to the “On” position, permits you to see your highlighted keyword(s) on the search page results. This can help speed up your search.

Once you have selected your terms, click the “Advanced Search” button to launch your search.
